These Aren't the "Unicorn" Years
Despite evidence to the contrary, at least some so called “experts,” continue to predict gloom and doom for the housing market.
We believe this one of the reasons why people — who at any other time would be buying their first homes, upsizing, downsizing or moving to their someday neighborhoods — continue to pay rents and live in houses that don’t correspond to their current situations.

If you want the real information about what’s happening in today’s market and what you can expect going forward, let’s connect. We can share with you the most recent data without any spin that’s designed to increase ratings or improve poll numbers.
